Terms of Service
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Zuditt Invoice ("the Service"), operated by Zuditt AI Innovations LLP ("Zuditt", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India (registration no. ACI-8001, registered office: KMC 18 - 289 D, City Mall Building, MG Road, Kasaragod, Kerala, India). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you are agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
1. What the Service is
Zuditt Invoice is invoicing and payment-collection software for freelancers, service businesses, and small companies: creating and sending GST-ready invoices, generating payment links, tracking payments and reminders, and related reporting. The Service is not accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, point-of-sale, payroll, or GST-filing software, and does not file returns or submit anything to any tax authority on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, tax figures, and financial records you create using the Service, and for your own compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and business law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us right away at sales@zuditt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans and billing
The Service is offered on Free, Pro, and Business plans, each with its own feature limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually at your choice, and renew automatically at the then-current price for that billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancelling moves your account to the Free plan effective immediately, and you keep access to any data associated with your account subject to that plan's limits. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how payments for the Service itself are handled.
We may change plan pricing or features going forward; we won't change the price of a billing period you've already paid for.
4. Payments you collect from your own customers
If you connect your own Razorpay account to accept payments from your customers through the Service ("BYO payments"), you, not Zuditt, are the merchant of record for those transactions. Those payments are processed directly between you, your customer, and your payment provider under your own agreement with that provider; Zuditt is not a party to them, does not hold or control those funds, and has no ability to authorize, reverse, or refund a payment made to you. Any dispute, chargeback, or refund relating to money your customer paid you belongs to you and your customer to resolve, using your own payment provider's tools. Storing your payment-provider credentials in the Service to enable this is described further in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your data
You own the business, customer, and invoice data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used and protected). You're responsible for having the right to upload any customer or third-party personal data you enter, and for your own obligations to those customers under applicable data protection law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Issue fraudulent, fake, or knowingly misleading invoices or payment requests;
- Violate any law, including tax, consumer-protection, or data-protection law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's account or data, or probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security or availability;
- Resell or white-label the Service without our prior written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Intellectual property
Zuditt and its licensors own the Service itself (software, design, branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it per these Terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Service to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or violating Section 6, generally after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue, except where immediate suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's described above, and we don't provide tax, legal, or accounting advice — the tax calculations shown are a convenience, not professional advice, and you should confirm figures with a qualified professional where it matters.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuditt's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data), except where such limitation isn't permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kasaragod, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners in advance (e.g. by email).
