Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This policy covers two different kinds of payments, and they work differently — please read the section that applies to you.
1. Your Zuditt Invoice subscription (Free, Pro, Business)
This section covers what you pay Zuditt AI Innovations LLP for the Service itself.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancelling immediately moves your account to the Free plan — it does not wait until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
- New subscriptions: if you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 7 days of that charge that you don't want it, contact us at sales@zuditt.com and we'll refund that charge in full, provided the plan's paid features (payment links, recurring invoices, etc.) haven't been used to send a real invoice or collect a real payment from one of your customers in that window.
- Renewals: monthly and annual renewals are not refunded once charged — cancel before your renewal date (shown in Settings) to avoid the next charge. If a renewal was charged in error (e.g. after you had already cancelled), contact us and we'll refund it.
- Failed/duplicate charges: if our billing system charges you twice for the same period, or a charge fails but is still shown as pending, contact us with the payment reference and we'll correct it, typically within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, and typically reflect within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
2. Payments your customers make to you
If you use the Service to send a payment link or invoice that your own customer pays (through your own connected Razorpay account), that payment is between you and your customer — Zuditt is not the merchant of record, does not hold those funds, and cannot issue, authorize, or process a refund for it. If you need to refund one of your customers, do it directly through your own Razorpay dashboard or your agreement with that customer; recording that a manual refund happened inside Zuditt Invoice (e.g. marking an invoice as cancelled or adjusting it with a credit note) is a bookkeeping record only and does not itself move any money.
If your customer has a complaint about a payment they made to you, they should contact you directly, not Zuditt — we have no visibility into or control over that transaction beyond what your own Razorpay account shows you.
3. How to request a refund (Section 1 only)
Email sales@zuditt.com with your business name, the email on your account, and the charge you're asking about. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 business days. See our Grievance Redressal Policy if you're not satisfied with how a request was handled.
